Nicki Minaj used a old song for her song?

I was just playing some GTA when I heard a song. I don't know what it's name is but it goes something like this: Video killed the Radio Star!

At one point in the song, I heard the the same thing she sings in this song: Check it out.
So she uses old songs for her own songs? Well you still learn stuff from GTA.

Anyone who visits my blog who knows how the old song is called?
